Northbound is the first and only company to jump from Kelly Services/GMAC Financial Services Tier 3 Supplier status to achieve exclusive Tier 1 Primary Supplier status in less than one year. Initially added as a Tier 3 supplier to GMAC's total roster of 120 suppliers servicing IT requirements, Northbound advanced directly to Tier 1 in just eight months based on performance evaluated by Kelly Services on criteria including quantity of candidates submitted, quality of candidates, rates, response times, and conversion of submissions to placements. With only six other Tier 1 suppliers and 18 Tier 2 suppliers, Northbound is honored to be in such exclusive company.
